Liz Silva joins Hola HP following nine years at Paragon Healthcare, where she served as Senior Vice President, People & Community. During her tenure, Liz was responsible for Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Community Relations. She oversaw recruitment operations as the company experienced explosive growth, from fewer than 200 employees in 2014 to more than 1,100 nationwide. Prior to Paragon, Liz owned and operated a staffing agency geared toward college students and young alumni entering the workforce for the first time. She is a subject matter expert in resume review, interview preparation, and career guidance.

Liz has called Dallas home since 1996, when her family moved to the Park Cities from San Antonio, specifically so she and her brother could attend HPISD schools. She graduated Top 15% from Highland Park High School in 2003. Liz went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, from SMU and a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership from Vanderbilt University.

At SMU, Liz served as the youngest female Student Body President and Student Body Vice President in the university’s history, and was appointed to the Board of Trustees as Student Trustee her senior year. She received several prestigious awards, including SMU’s highest honor, the “M” Award, and Outstanding Senior Woman. Liz was crowned Homecoming Queen in 2006, representing Kappa Kappa Gamma. GLAMOUR Magazine named Liz a Top 10 College Women winner, celebrating her achievements in leadership, academics, and philanthropy.

More recently, Liz has been recognized as one of the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and Park Cities People’s 20 Under 40. She resides in University Park with her husband, Nick, and their two children, Sam (HP Class of 2030) and Libby (HP Class of 2040).
